What is blogcatalog [www.blogcatalog.com]? This is what they say about:
"Blog Catalog is the premiere social blog directory on the internet. Whether you're looking to promote your own blog or find blogs on various topics, this site is for you."
Thats right, by joining blogcatalog you can promote your blog, find many friends, join a forum, browse various type of blog and many others benefit if we join with blog catalog that in the end we can boost our traffic.
Before you register to blogcatalog, just make sure that your blog is well prepared and have updated. Here are some rules that you should know before you join blogcatalog:
(a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate;
(b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information;
(c) you are 14 years of age or older; and
(d) your use of the BlogCatalog Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Why you should do that? Because when we register to blogcatalog, we aren't fully accepted as their member yet. They will review our submitted blog first within 48 hours or less. If your blog is good enough and didn't violate their rule, you will be confirmed by email that your blog is approved so you can start to your blogcatalog account.
It's quite simple to hear, but if you aren't careful maybe you will be rejected or even banned.

I think this is a good blog to recommend to who ever is starting a blog and needs to find out about the different options to what they might want to add or not to their blog.. you have lots of good info.. and its kind of a step by step processes as well which I liked..

and I agree one of the best things that I found in the blogging world is "Blogcatalog" I think its very important to join them if you are a blogger.. it gives you a chance to read other blogs and get your blog to be seen too.. I learned lots from joining them..
